00:00 — THE PROMISE

A 47-minute video
becomes a 4-minute read

KnowledgeClip pulls the structure out of any YouTube video — key points, sections, insights, every one linked to its timestamp. Send a link, get a note back in under a minute.

47 minutes watched
4 minutes read

The other 43 were intro, sponsor read, and the third restatement of point two.

01:12 — THE PROBLEM

You watch 25 minutes to get 8 minutes of value.

18–25min

Average length of an educational video.

30–40%

How much of that runtime actually carries information.

70%

Of YouTube is watched on mobile, where taking notes is not an option.

You didn’t want the intro, the sponsor read, or the third restatement of point two. You wanted the eight minutes that mattered — and a way to find them again next month.

02:40 — WHAT YOU GET BACK

Not a paragraph. A map.

Transcribers give you words. Summarizers give you a paragraph. We give you structure — with timestamps back into the video.

Filler is marked as filler. The point the host glossed over is still in there, at the second it happened.

05:30 — WHY THIS ONE

01

Every point is a timestamp

Click any line and you land on the second it came from. If a claim looks wrong, you verify it in five seconds — that is why timestamps are non-negotiable here.

02

Right where you watch

Send a link to Telegram from your phone and the note comes back before your stop. No tab switching, no desktop required.

03

The template adapts

A tutorial breaks down into steps, a podcast into speaker positions, a review into trade-offs. One rigid format for everything is what makes AI output taste like porridge.

04

It compounds

Notes accumulate into something searchable. The twentieth note is worth more than the first, because that is when search starts returning things you forgot you saw.

07:30 — QUESTIONS

Why not just read the auto-generated transcript? +

A transcript is the same 47 minutes, in text. It has no hierarchy, no separation of signal from filler, and nothing to search across videos. A note is 23 points, grouped by section, each linked to its second in the video.

How do I know the AI did not invent things? +

Every point carries the timestamp it came from. If a claim looks off, one click takes you to the source and you verify it yourself.

Does it work for videos without subtitles? +

Yes — on Starter and above we transcribe the audio ourselves. The free plan works with videos that have subtitles, which is about two thirds of YouTube.

What languages? +

Anything YouTube handles. The note comes back in the language of the video.

Is my data used to train models? +

No.
